From property surveys and technical advice to in-house manufacture, supply, professional installation and maintenance, we provide end-to-end support tailored to each project.

Our extensive product range includes flood doors, flood barriers, flood gates, flood windows, Anti-Flood Airbricks, solutions for protecting brickwork and walls, and products designed to help prevent sewage backflow. Our flood doors and selected flood barriers are BSI Kitemark™ certified, alongside the world's first BSI Kitemark™ certified Anti-Flood Airbrick. Many other products have been independently tested to the latest British Standard BS 851188.

Based in Worcestershire, M3 Floodtec also owns and operates a state-of-the-art, BSI-approved Flood Test Facility – one of only three in the UK – supporting product testing, research, development and innovation.
