The Asian Restaurant & Takeaway Awards, ARTA is a celebration to recognise the South Asian Cuisine in the UK. This Curry Award brought about and awarded the best of best from different regions in the UK, starting and ending in their respective customer ends. The Inaugural Grand Finale and Gala Event took place on the 30th of September 2018 at the Inter-Continental Hotel – the O2 London. The lovely evening was grand, celebrating and bright with more than 1800 people from the Indian Restaurant and Takeaway industry, sharing happiness built solely from the passion in the food industry.
The catering industry in the UK experienced a low due to geopolitical agendas in the last decade. But the multi-million-dollar industry needed a boost through revised strategies. All British Curry Awards served as a milestone to recognising the best expertise in the industry. If hype is key, then all industry should work equally hard to be in service and at the front-line for its respective customers.
