We do this through an agile approach where you manage how many coaching sessions you have and bring ideas on outcomes for each session.
If you want more focus and structure we also offer a 12 session programme which goes much deeper into exploring who you are at work, supporting you to create a brand new role that you have probably never considered before, and ultimately then helping you build the bridge from the dream to the reality.
